Who operates ESSENCE

ESSENCE is a product of Employ Studio Group Ltd — a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House number 15865351. Employ Studio Group Ltd is the data controller and commercial counterparty for any agreement relating to ESSENCE.

Current stage

ESSENCE is pre-launch and currently in pilot conversations with transformation teams. No paid pilot has yet commenced. This page reflects that stage honestly. It will expand before the first paid pilot to include the full artefacts procurement teams typically ask for: Data Processing Agreement, subprocessor list, and a formal security posture document.

Data protection

Enquiry submissions through essenceid.com are processed under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of what we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.

Security

ESSENCE follows standard operational practice — least-privilege access, encrypted transport, reputable cloud infrastructure. A formal SOC 2 attestation is planned before the first paid pilot; no audit is yet underway and we do not claim active certification. Legal and contractual

Use of the essenceid.com site is governed by our Terms of Use. Any commercial engagement with ESSENCE proceeds under a separate written agreement that names Employ Studio Group Ltd as the contracting party and — where relevant — includes a Data Processing Agreement.
